If you’re enquiring about a booking for a company or organisation, or making multiple bookings and want to enquire about discounts or negotiated rates, you can contact our Corporate & Group Sales team Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Vehicle support & assistance
If you need assistance using your vehicle features, assistance with a breakdown, or to report an accident – We’re here to help.
Our Contact Centre are here to assist you Monday to Friday 7:00am – 9:00pm, and Saturday to Sunday 7:00am – 6:00pm.
Roadside assistance outside these hours is managed directly via NRMA. Call us on 1300 729 230 (option 4).
If you’re contacting us to discuss a claim for vehicle damages, our Claims Officer is ready to assist you.
