The pre-authorisation will last between 7-31 business days. This period varies from bank to bank. The pre-authorisation is automatically released back to your bank within 3 days after you return the vehicle and we’ve finalised your reservation.

Yes, you are still liable for any damages until the third party has accepted liability and we have received payment from them.

We take care to search all vehicles when completing our thorough cleaning process. If we find any items of value we will retain them in the drop-off location and attempt to contact you to arrange item collection. We can organise the delivery of the item for a fee plus delivery costs which are payable by you.
